This device provides two-way communication between the system and the central station. The company that provides the transmitter, can see all the communication and can help with the setup.

It’s important to be sure you have the correct City ID and account numbers. You will also need to verify that the transmitter has a good cellular signal. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, and if all else fails, call technical support if you need help getting your alarm test signals received.
